Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative maintains customer accounts to improve pallet acquisition and pooling solutions and ensures management of all logistical and administrative requirements. The Customer Service Representative works closely with Pallet Express production and sales teams to assure accurate product order entry, transaction reporting, and inventory auditing.
